Kalamazoo Institute of Arts Gala Event

Last night was such a fun change of pace for me. Instead of hitting the club or going to a bar, I decided to get dolled up and go to an art gala event sponsored by Western Michigan University's MODA and Young Black Male organizations. This event showcased college students art work and fashion pieces. Everybody was dressed in lovely gowns and cocktail formal attire. I had a great time networking, socializing, and stuffing my face with chocolate covered strawberries.

Spring Break 2014: South Beach, Miami

With my senior year in college coming to a close, I had to make my spring break trip one to remember. Two of the girls and I made our way down to South Beach, Miami for 4 amazing days. We road tripped down, which was an experience, and flew back. After 19.5 hours of being in a Chevy Cruise rental car, we finally arrived at our destination - SPRING BREAK 2014.
